Three nights a week, a section of the Harbor Luxe promenade converts into an open-air market where island staff and a rotation of local vendors sell food that doesn't appear on any resort menu. Grilled fish, jerk preparations, roti, fresh coconut water, and fried plantains. Guests who find out about it tend to come back every night they're on the island. Tides of Luxury technically organizes it but deliberately undermarkets it so it retains the feeling of a discovery rather than a scheduled activity.
